This is a great module and works great for user#1. But I tried setting up a role with "chenge form labels" permission , giving a user that role, and the [edit] tags are not showing up. I need to use another user other than #1 because I want to modify a form that only shows up for the non-admin (#1) user. Any ideas? Could this be a bug?

I'm doing this successfully for all of my sites. In fact, I never have used user #1. I guess I need more information. It should certainly work, and I don't know how to reproduce the bug.
