links from table of contents page /?q=hof/toc don't seem to work. The links point to /hof/ instead of /?q=hof Is this a problem with my setup? If I type in the address to contibrib (?q=hof/contrib), works great. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the bug report. This is fixed in CVS now for HEAD, DRUPAL-4-5, and DRUPAL-4-6 branches.

To update your installation, simply copy the new hof.module file over the old version; there is no need to reconfigure anything, as this is a drop-in replacement.
