Hi,
I don't exactly understand your question. Is the site currently running on drupal? You said your looking for a module to "convert it to drupal??"
Unfortunately theres no module that will convert a site into using drupal. Theres steps to take to install Drupal..
There was also something about "putting a block into contents??". If you mean what I think you mean, this can be done by simply in the block area of drupal, selecting content beside the block from the list.
