RSS Feed translation / localization

My problem is really simple: I run a Swedish blog and my RSS feed returns an English title for my blog, that being "axbom's blog". I want to change this to "axboms blogg" - not very different but still a completely different language ;)

I've made this change for nodes but the localization module can't seem to find texts in the RSS Feed, and it is obviously not using the same string as the web interface.

I've looked through the node.module but can't find anything hardcoded in there either. Where should I look to make my change?
