I'm experiencing an issue with nice_menus and z-index in IE6 where my menus display below the main content area in my page. My theme is zen.

I found a similar issue that included a fix which made it into the last release:

...but the problem still occurs for me. See the attached screenshot.

You might want to try out this issue too since it seems to have solved a bunch of issues for people. It is also in the FAQ.

overflow: hidden; in my theme (zen) sidebar was the problem.
