Can't Modify Dashlets in KT when accessing through Drupal

I now have Drupal 5.5 accessing KT 3.4.5 using the connector (kt-5.x-3.1) and it all seems to integrate well, however, KT doesn't remember when I move or remove a dashlet.
I need to shorten the KT dashboard to make it more usable in the iframe, but as I can't remove the extra dashlets, and I can't log directly into KT as my Drupal user, I'm stuck.
Any suggestions welcome.

I have fixed this issue by doing:
1) Go to Home › Administer › Site configuration > Knowledge Tree
2) Make the Path setting point to the kt directory instead of /login.php (i.e. change from "kt/login.php" to "kt/")
This worked for me
