CCK + Donation Option

I have created a Drupal 5 site (www.globalmandala.org) for a non-profit organization based on one custom content type called blessing. It has two required fields - one textfield and one image. Authenticated users can add blessings to the site. I need to give them the option of making a donation at the same time they add a blessing. They will need to specify an amount and recipient. When they specify an amount, I need to show them the split of funds to recipient & non-profit. The site will need to accept credit card payments for donations. (I prefer to use the ubercart package and paypal payment gateway.) Donations will need to be displayed with blessings.

Please propose a fixed price solution.
