My firewall, Norton Internet Security, blocks me from viewing any posts, even on the demo site. Are there particular settings/reasons for this?

I'm 100% certain that there is absolutely no way in hell that a firewall can be blocking posts from appearing. What is likely happening, is that you have caching enabled on your site, and you are getting old/new data depending on if the firewall is allowing requests for new data from the webserver.

This isn't a UIEForum issue :)
