looking for talented and experienced theme developer

Hi,

I need a theme dev for a drupal 5.5 + many modules site about a paragliding club: http://parateam.com. The site design has to be colorful, comics-style, and remind of free flight.
My ideal theme would look like those:
http://www.indymoms.com/
http://www.indypaws.com/
But a bit less cluttered and using some colors from our pre-drupal website for the frontpage: http://web.archive.org/web/*/parateam.com before 2007
And maybe a different color for each section, but I'm not sure.
(Note: I also like http://themanaworld.org/ because it's cleaner)

The design should preferably be resizable (no fixed width), but a minimum width would be ok. No flash. Has to work in firefox and IE. This is a one-time job, but I'd like to have the keys to make the site evolve myself, e.g. if I want to add/replace a module but it needs a different theming (i.e. some comments in the CSS and PHP would be great).

It's the first time we hire someone, and I have no idea how much such a thing is worth, but we decided to pay 500€. Please tell me if I'm completely off-track.

Also we are a French club. If you're not nearby please check with your bank if there's an easy way for you to receive money without being taxed too much - again, I have no idea how that works.
