Multiple votes render duplicate comments

I created a Q&A bundle with 2 content types: Question and Answer.
Using NodeComment module it allows me to use my custom content type Answer as a comment. I'm also using Vote up/down to rate Answer content type. Every time a "comment" Answer gets multiple votes (for example 2) - it will render the same comment twice. It does not create duplicate entries. I also tried resetting votes and it removed duplicates as well.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
