Other tools that can edit XLIFF

Issue Summary

Can I suggest you add the following links for useful tools for working with XLIFF.

Translate Toolkit - http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/toolkit/index - allows you to work with XLIFF files, count them, search, them, etc.
Pootle - http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/pootle/index - online editing and managing of XLIFF files. Ideal to link with this module allowing export from Drupal and editing of the content in XLIFF both online or offline. Then upload of the same content to ensure seamless localisation.

Fixed the name in the readme. As I suggest no tools on the project page anyway, I did not add this there.
