Hi there

This is my first post. I just wanted to say hello ;)

I've migrated from Joomla (used it over 2 years) and I'm finally happy with Drupal. Thank you very much for this CMS; I'm curious what the community is like ;)

I'm a newbie too.

I've been considering Joomla or Drupal and I'm glad you as previous Joomla user seem to prefer Drupal.

I guess this might just be what I've been looking for.

Glad to have you onboard. Leave a post in one of the forums if you run into trouble.

Also, please note that much of the "action" on Drupal happens in the particular issue queues, in addition to the forums. If you'd like to possibly contribute patches or review them, one thing that may be handy is to edit your Account page (select My account from the menu, then Edit) and turn on your Contributor links block. That lets you keep up with the Drupal 6 patch queue, for instance.
