This line should be removed from .install file, while it tells something wrong. We set the variables by default to FALSE and the message says it is set to TRUE.

drupal_set_message(t('Role %rolename is now being tracked by Google Analytics', array('%rolename' => $role->name)));

Already removed in D6.
