Documentation of system_theme_select_form() not available at http://api.drupal.org/

Function system_theme_select_form() is clearly present in http://api.drupal.org/api/file/modules/system/system.module/5/source but for some reason the function does not come up in the "Search Drupal 5" box, nor in any of the places where it should be listed (e.g. the listing page for system.module; also notice that the function name is no a link). It is however accessible at http://api.drupal.org/api/function/system_theme_select_form/5 though the tabs are messed up.

Not sure what could be causing this!

(Note the documentation for the function works fine for Drupal 6).
