Hi,
It seems the PostgreSQL support in the og_user_roles.install file is a mere copy of the mysql-section.
I attached a patch that seems to work, but it needs to be reviewed by someone else.

Also, there is no uninstall support. Is there any special reason for this or is this something that should be fixed?
