After i create a new 6.x DEV release, this release is created, but not published to project front page. After i looked into the 6.x-dev release node and saved it again - it get's published on the project home.

i can't do anything with this report -- it's too vague. please provide more specific steps to reproduce, and be more specific about where exactly you're seeing the problem and what it is.

1. Add a new 1.x branch to your project
2. Add a new 6.x-1.x-dev release.
3. Wait until packaged...
4. Now the release is NOT published on the project front page d.o/project/myproject (BUG)
5. Open the release node and press save (Workaround for getting the node published to project home page)
6. Go to d.o/project/myproject and 6.x-1.x-dev release is published.
