Apt/suite needs to allow blanks

Description

I tried to put "Suite 7B" into the "apt/suite" field and it said that I could only use letters, numbers, ', and -. This really doesn't make the USPS happy.

That's funny. I didn't think that was the case. I'll look up what the regex should be changed to and post it here later so you can change it until I get around to a new release. Sorry about that. However, why not just enter "7B" for now?

The USPS would prefer "suite" on it, so I added a dash.

I will have to try to set a test system again. I switched to just pure text fields long ago because this wasn't fixed.
