Issue Summary
I installed freelinking module and now I want to add talk module,
in order to create wiki as in wikipedia.
how do I use this module after installing it?

Go to content type (page, story for example) and enable comments and a talk page (at the very bottom).

Note that in Drupal 6 this is under workflow settings.
