Description

Here are my fews thoughts about sitemenu.
First of all, why not merge with site map ? They aren't so differents, so I wonder why maintain 2 modules that basically are doing pretty much the same thing.

Then I would llove to see :
- a way to configure if comments, author, taxonomy description... are visibile by onmouseover or directly in page. Because you don't know if there's such information unless you move your mouse over link and wait a little time that the popup displays.
- get RSS feeds inline like site map does
- make description appears at the top of the sitemenu page (maybe it's a bug).
- get a way to configure the visibility of blocks availables. In my site I got a contact directory block, for me it's an entire part of my navigation site map, so I think it should be usefull to display which block could appears there. Maybe the philosophy is a little bit different, because the content inside this block is not classified by taxonomy, but I managed to built a little menu which allow me to see members (using tis module) by roles, and of course, roles get treated on a hierarchical basis so I can deploy roles then to find my users like : Company / Service etc... It might be tricky I'm agree with that... :(
- let user add some more links at the bottom of the navigation.
- I'm using taxonomy_menu on my web site and this is great to display blocks regarding of vocabulary, but the problem is that it doesn't work with pathauto (I already requested a feature, but I'm not sure it would be done). So are you thinking in a kind of merging some taxonomy feature inside you module ? I mean, allow categories to be collapsible, create one block per taxonomy etc...

Well that's a bunch, if you can make some improvement that should be great, anyway, if I really need some of these features, I would have a look at the code.

A little one more :
Sitemenu doesn't provide a link to view post which belongs to the root of a vocabulary (no link on the vocab title). Taxonomy_menu provide such link.
Is it normal we can't browse by clicking on the vocab title ?.
