Various unmaintained wiki modules; maintainer shift needed

Several wiki modules previously maintained by rötzi (http://drupal.org/user/73064) are currently unmaintained; the issue queue posts are never answered, etc. This user has their contact form disabled, so contact is not possible. I submitted this issue: http://drupal.org/node/190879 to the wikitools issue queue, and there has been no response. I propose that I be given co-maintainer access to the following projects while we cannot contact rötzi; if rötzi returns, we can decide what to do then. The projects I'm interested in maintaining are:

• Wikitools
• PEAR wiki filter
• Drupal wiki (install profile)

Once I gain maintainer status, I will be able to fix all the bug reports, apply all the patches, and complete ports to Drupal six.
