Issue Summary
Progress bar animation does not appear in Safari for Mac. The border for the animation bar appears, but the animation "filling" is missing from the bar.

Hi,
I add a quick look, and it has to do with the CSS. Seems like Safari cannot display a background image in an empty <div>
I did not succeed in fixing it yet... If you can fix that, let me know !
