When using ActiveEdit, there are Edit buttons on everything, and anywhere on the site where I click Edit, the button disappears, and then i can see "part" of a progress bar, and then the whole node collapses and disappears. This happens with everything that can be ActiveEdited.

nedjoDetails? Browser version? JavaScript error messages? Other modules present? Theme you're using? Does it work with a standard (core Drupal) theme?

executex commentedAlso I noticed that the User Login block, when I log in, it does the "progress bar" and then the whole site goes to www.yoursite.com/tracker I dont know why, which is a blank page.

nedjoThanks for the details.
Please try with the Garland theme. Does it work then? If not, please try with all none-core modules disabled and with Garland. Does it work then?
executex commentedI checked if it was jquery_update or my PNG fixer module, but it wasn't those.
It's definitely module related, because I used Garland and it still didn't work.

boinkster commentedI'm getting something similar with Editview 5.x-0.1.
I can add and delete nodes but on update the node collapses and disappears. The update does not occur.
May be this is related.
executex commentedCan you give me some ideas on what I could do, what modules I can disable to get it to work?
nedjoI suggest:
Try activeedit on a clean Drupal 5 install, with no other contrib modules enabled (besides Javascript Tools). If that works, start enabling the other modules you have on your site one by one until you hit the issue.

nedjoWould need more info to diagnose.
