Expert Drupal programmer/designer wanted for development of a new website:

(1) Porting of 1-2 existing css-templates to Drupal 5.x/6.x. One of the templates has partly been ported to Drupal 5.x.

(2) Set-up and customizing Drupal including the necessary modules (CCK, Views, Panels etc.)

(3) Programming / customizing existing modules for client-area backend/frontend. What we want:

- The admin should be able to define and publish client-specific surveys and questionnaires
- The admin must be able to define specific criteria regarding deadline for when the survey/questionnaire must be filled by the client, send
out reminders via e-mail/SMS (not required), how the results of the questionnaires should be calculated and presented to the client (if
possible, automatically calculated and generated)
- When the client is logged in, he/she are presented with a menu of existing surveys/questionnaries in chronological order (for example)
to fill out online
- Client and the admin must be able to comment specific surveys/questionnaires.
- Archive / History functionality
- Document/File archive

Please contact me for a more detailed specification. Please, contact us only if you have the necessary skills and experiences. It is absolutely mandatory to give some references to previous design/programming work with the Drupal framework.

Since time is a crucial matter, we are prepared to divide the job contract in two parts:

(1) Finishing the port of an existing css-template to Drupal. We want to port this css-template:

We want following things to be done:

(1.1) Search form designed as the original

(1.2) The red right and the grey left/central "feature boxes" (although, just one grey box) to appear on the frontpage. We want to be able to use Drupal framework to update the information displayed on in these areas. Could probably done by creating a frontpage.tpl.php file? We do not have the time for this though...

(1.3) For the rest of the pages, we want the following:

This involves of course more than just designing a theme, but it should not be too difficult. We want this part to be done in 2-3 weeks time.

BUDGET for this part: up to 1000 USD. We want a quote on the total estimated cost.

(2) Development/customizing of a "client-area" backend/frontend.

Most of this part could probably be done using existing modules and by writing some custom code. We have a more ambitious plan for this part but are interested to start up with a scaled-down version (which means that if the first version is to our satisfaction, it will probably generate much more work). Contact us for some preliminary outlines of the functionality we want for the client-area.
Timeframe: First version up and running March/April.

Budget: up to 2000 USD or more depending on the complexity/functionality provided. We want a quote on the total estimated cost.
