Hello everyone, I want to ask u something about block. When we create a block, name in code block is define like this(block-12 or block-10) ... and i want to change it like this(block-15 to block-13). Can we change it? and where can i change it? If every body know please share to me

What is your goal?
The block names are based on their instance id and can not be changed but maybe if you said what your goal is someone might have an answer.
my goal
I have 2 website, one in locale site and 2 in ftp site. but these website the same. So when i create 2 blocks(eg: first block name is Installation Unicode, second block name is Your Story) in ftp site but in locale i create the same block , "Your Story" first and than i create the block "Installation Unicode", so block name in style.css is differenced. if these site is the same it easy edit style.css.
You can click on "View" and than click "View Source". You will see block name.
