I'm trying first with linkshare. I entered my user name and password but the SID field is a stumper. There isn't anything I can find on linkshare's site that is SID, it isn't in my account page etc. I'm thinking maybe you mean the id= field as described here: http://www.alibris.com/affiliates/inventory-linking (alibris is a linkshare participant) I copied my id= field content and got the following error:
Link Share error, Fault Data Found-:
<em>java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "PPTIpcZ17qI"</em>
So, um, ...?

chrisroditis commentedI am having the same problem. I tried my Linkshare FeedSynergy token in the Link Share Sid field but I got the same error as reikiman.
Your module is godsend James, I am anxious to make it work, can you please help? I am available to test it at all stages, but just for Linkshare at the moment.

chrisroditis commentedI have also tried the SOAP url mentioned in the Link Locator Direct manual (http://www.linkshare.com/mrc/LinkShareLLD_2.pdf) which is
http://lld2.linksynergy.com/services/soapLinks/?wsdl
I get the error
"Feeds Not Found From LinkShare."

chrisroditis commentedok, got it!
you can find your sid by hovering over the "Deactivate This Channel" link in your Channel Manager. It's the chloginid number.
The downside of the way the module works though is that feed items are not converted into nodes....so I'm making a feature request

shijmus commentedhi, christopher_skauss, where did you find the channel manager in linkshare? I can see the "Deactivate This Channel", but I did not see the "chloginid number.", please help, thanks

lunen33 commentedCheck out linkshare,s api http://www.linkshare.com/rc/merchandiser.html.
Looks like Linkshare gives you the SID once you apply for API account.

mlpickerel commentedOk, I found it...
Log in to linkshare, click on the 'Your Account' tab, then click on 'Update Profile'. In the upperleft will be a channel manager box. Find the link for your website and click on that. Below the channel manager box will be a box that says "Deactivate This Channel". Hover over that and you will see in the url '&chloginid=####'. The #### is the SID we've been looking for.

imacfuzzy commentedI'm still getting the "Feeds Not Found From LinkShare." error. I'm using the updated wsdl url (http://lld2.linksynergy.com/services/soapLinks/?wsdl) and the SID I have listed under "My Account" in the "Site ID" field.
Any idea what I am doing wrong? Do I need to adjust the settings of my LinkShare account?
