If you want a module that creates meta tags, you need something called "nodewords."

The nodewords (meta tags) module is for search engine optimization and creates meta tags in the HTML head segment. If the original poster is looking for a tag cloud, and the module that produces one is called Tagadelic. Both work with standard taxonomy vocabularies.
