That doesn't work anymore. I gave you this link in http://drupal.org/node/205581 :

That one does work. Presumably because it's linking to a static file in cvs and not just saying get the latest.
Since you aren't listed as a maintainer on Module Builder and I don't even use the module, I left the link on the project page alone. If Rob wants to change it, he can.
