Module page inconsistant table header

Open the module page and scroll down until the table header (Enabled, Name, Version, Description) would scroll off the screen.

All column headers should do the same thing (either scroll off, or preferably remain at the top of the page).

The "Enabled" column header scrolls off the screen, but the "Name", "Version", and "Description" remain at the top of the screen.

I have the same issue in IE7 and FF2 on Windows XP. The web server is XAMPP running on the same machine.
