Issue Summary
Make this module come pre-installed with initial sample tips on how to use the helptip module. This will not only serve as a great example but will actually help with the module's usage.

Not a bad idea. But each helptip is a node, and I think theres a good bit of work involved in adding nodes programatically. If someone wants to contribute an optional module to do this, I'd check it in alongside helptip.module. But personally I don't forsee having time to do it.
