It would be a nice feature to add automatic removal of content templates for content types that are deleted. It would also be nice if a content type's name was changed that the content template for the type gets edited automatically. At present I have to manually delete and change types in both of these situations.

By manually changing I meant that I need to delete and change them in the database itself.

This is a good idea but please confirm with the user first (possibly as an extra step to type deletion so they pay more attention) as I was worried I lost my template when I exported, deleted and imported a type back.
