Panels Taxonomy with Panels 2.0 beta 1

Issue Summary

The module generally seems to work with Panels 2.0 beta 1 (also works with alpha 14) but when I want to change the pane options of the Panels Taxonomy pane, changes previously made in the "Display:" area ("Term title as page title",...) get lost and have to be set again. So the settings there have to be repeated every time.
This is not a big problem when you know about it but as panels 2 is not easy to understand anyway it makes it a bit harder for new users to understand what is going on.
