Upon uploading an icon image I get the following response "The selected file could not be copied, because no file by that name exists. Please check that you supplied the correct filename." Could this be a glich in the system? Why am receiving this message?

Also when uploading a logo image which is in JPEG format I recieve the response "Only JPEG, PNG and GIF images are allowed to be used as logos." This has to be due to an error in the system; please assist ASAP.
