Module description gives no indication of what Jaiku is or does?

Yes I know I could presumably Google it 8¬) but module description should at least say what it does.

I just added some more information about Jaiku. When I originally wrote the description, I assumed that people who would need the module would know what Jaiku is, but you do have a point.
