Sure! I only need the po files ;-)

I'm in charge of maintaining new languages in groups.drupal.org. Any one wishin to see a new language added tho the site just needs to send/point me to the po files of drupal core and og for that language.

You'll find the pot file of og here:
http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/og/po/

Also, there is a group in d.o.o dealing with the translation of the Drupal interface: http://groups.drupal.org/translations. you are encourage to join that group if you are interested in the translation of Drupal.
