I would like to reproduce Dell's http://ideastorm.com using drupal for our IT customer service center. Is this possible? What modules would I need? Would like to include multiple pictures in post too.

Thanks Grawl for bumping this. I looked at drigg (http://www.drigg-code.org/) but it looks like it only promote outside links. Would need something like an article review module but that has the ability to be promoted/rated.
