I could not take a line from the project drupal-5.3.tar.gz in Localization server :( . I do not know where a problem.
I have not enough the debugging information(only: "Temporary directory %path already exists." ). I think a part of lines is lost (see http://drupal.org/node/206126).

Well, if you get the temp file already exists error, then you should not be able to add *any lines* from this to the database. The temporary directory is an important requirement for decompressing the archive, after which the string extraction can start.

I got the following text for the above comment by email:

/admin/settings/l10n_localpacks/scan I press "scan" and see:
Package to parse (.../ubercart-5.x-1.0-alpha8.tar.gz) does not exist.
Similarly for all big modules and a core Drupal

This problem already was!

Seems like pvasili removed the content?!? Or was there some technical problem with the content submission there? I wonder whether this was valid feedback.

Man, do not remove stuff when you realize it was a mistake, post a follow up instead! (And do not rush submitting bug reports, try to think about your environment first). There were at least three different errors reported above in this same issue. If all is solved, then I am glad. Once again, please open different errors in different issues later.
