When using the block, how to remove the my inbox link from navigation menu

I would also like to know how to accomplish this. I like the privatemsg block to display directly above my navigation block, so seeing "Inbox ()" on each block is very redundant.

but in yoursite/admin/build/menu, inner menu's list you not have all your items so also inbox?
if yes, you can remove;

in your image I see rivate message and Navigation with background blue color and a small arrow: you are using some module or theme ?

This version of Privatemsg is not supported anymore, maybe it is already implemented in Privatemsg for Drupal 6 and if not, you are welcome to open a new issue for it.
