Issue Summary
Hello Alex.
I'm getting my production site up and having an issue with my KT integration. I'm using a multi site install this time, rather than a default install when I was configuring KT the first time.
I created a sites/www.site1.com directory and successfully set up the site within drupal
within the www.site1.com directory I created modules, themes, etc and I placed the source KT directory here
Then I followed the install.txt to configure the drupal module and KT files.
When I click on the DMS link in drupal I'm taken to the login page of KT. However, there is no formatting (ie css) ,just text, which is the login info. When I login with admin/admin I get the drupal "page not available".
I was thinking this issue may be related to the serverName or rootUrl settings in KT config.ini. After a few trials nothing seemed to make a difference.
Basically, after the first login with admin/admin I get stuck at the "page not available". Any thoughts?

Hi Harley_Dog,
I have not tested the knowledge integration module using drupal's multi-site config. Hopefully I will get round to it! Here are the steps I would take to try to resolve the issue.
First step is to get Knowledge Tree working without integration... so disable the plugin in KT and remove the row in the interceptor table in KT's database. Then navigate to sites/www.site1.com/kt/login.php - if that is where you've installed it and see if it works. If it does not then it is KT's config that needs tweaking (which is where from your description of the problem I think it is).
I agree that the rootUrl and servername is probably the bit that needs tweaking... maybe you can use the firebug plugin for firefox to see exactly what pages are being requested to see where the config error is.
Regards,
Alex
