Add subject to available placeholders

I wanted to add the subject of the comment to the notification emails to make sure it was acceptable as well as the content. There's no extra resources required since it's being retrieved with $comment_obj anyway.

This is a very simple patch to add it.

Tested and working on my v5.5 site.
