I gather that you're submitting this module for inclusion with Drupal? If so, I recommend that you start with a contributed module. Contributions that are very widely used sometimes make it into the core.

Yes I would like to include in Drupal, but the integration in Drupal is still beta.
The reason, Accesskey using anchor but Drupal have not fully support of anchor yet.
