Hello! Im new with drupal..... could someone please give me any Info on setting up the web aliases
with the .mobi theme.

Your website needs to be able to respond to more than one domain name (www.yourdomain.com AND m.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.mobi, whatever). Then you can use the .mobi loader module to tell Drupal to respond to your mobi request with the mobi theme.
