No matter how many new posts I create, I cant get the forum-new.png to show at all.... (the yellow one)

Does it work at all?

Is there something else I need to do?

Also... is it possible to have the forum show like **New Posts** next to the forum name if new posts exist? (or even the yellow icon :P)

The yellow icon should work - but if you're the one creating the new posts, then why would a new post-icon appear for you? You've already read the post that's new! :)
