I tried installing the advanced_profiles module, but ran into some trouble with the nodeprofile_helper. In the info file, there were some types on the dependencies, which made enabling the nodeprofile_helper module impossible. There was also a typo, an extraneous brace, in the nodeprofile_helper.module file, which I have fixed.

After making these changes, it was possible to enable the nodeprofile_helper module.

Yep, I goofed up when I made the info file. Since you shouldn't be enabling the module, anyway, I figured I'd wait and fix it when I get the rest of the code done to make this work with nodeprofile.
