I am using the latest version which should fix that the right column is pushed under the left. However, this still does not work. Tested with IE6 and IE7. Please help.

Fix does work. My mistake was to not having completely reconfigure the blocks. Although they were set up to exist in left or right sidebars, each theme seems to implement sidebars differently. So if a theme pushes one of the sidebars below the other, check the blocks section.
