images files missing

Hi,
When I activate art4 blue theme in my test website, I notice quite a number of files are missing, all are under images directory. As I notice this theme is base on danger4k, I manage to get most of them from it. But there are still a couple of image files are missing, i.e. M.png and pasek.gif.
