The module works well, it is simple and does its duty.
But I have a problem, I would like the link in the navigation to the pages accessible to a role visible only from that role.
Is it possible?

I also think this could be good to have with the module. It can be on it's way to be a great alternative to content accessibility over the core access management.

I agree that if someone does not have permissions to view a content item the administrator should have the option that the user should not see that content item in the menu either.
