Many of the blocks are not working for the theme. I'm working to modify it for use as the main website theme but all but the left sidebar do not work. Any help?

Not sure what's going on there. I have installed the theme many times and always get the sidebars to work just fine. Are you certain you went to the blocks editing page and selected the Nerdalistic theme from the top so you can edit that theme's blocks?

Absolutely. It says i have 2 blocks on the right sidebar which are obviously not there. Also, there is no block location marker for the right sidebar leading me to believe it's not placed correctly. I took at look at the code but frankly I couldn't find anything at all.

I misread your first post and read it as "all the left sidebar blocks don't work", sorry about that.

Currently there is no right sidebar, there is only a left sidebar and a content area. You can go ahead and code in a right sidebar if you'd like, I'd include that in the next release. I *may* do it myself at a later time but that's not my top priority at the moment.

Suppose I should have removed the "Right Sidebar" option entirely for the block placement.

BTW, I released an updated version of the theme this afternoon so you may want to get that one to build off of if you do. There is better handling of header tags on the sidebar as well as a few style updates and menu changes.
