It appears that the 4.5 version of csvfilter is ready for 4.6 without modification. I have tested in a 4.6.0 installation and read through the module updating docs, and can't find anything that needs changing.

While the 4.5 version can be used on 4.6, an official 4.6 release would be nice. Thanks!
