I want htis specific funcionality build in my new site

I want to set up a multilanguage Drupal site with country selection like on http://www.ibm.com/planetwide/select/selector.html or something close to it.
I will apreciate any help.

I want to make a multi-linguage multi-site, one site for every country, and have a selection of countries of that type
