It seems to be that the link to the content is not working if the page is multilingual. I can get the whole tree but no place where i can jump to the "taxonomy/term/%"

Maybe your problem is related to #239713: Blue plus.png image not displaying when drupal is on a subdirectory.
If not, can you relate your problem a little more.
